Cost: $15  - We lower our entrance fees during tough economic time to help small businesses defray cost of doing businesses. Thank you to our 3 major sponsors: ALTRIA GROUP - DOMINION - MEADWESTVACO and all other generous sponsors.
 

 

One Pre-paid and/or Pre-Registered individual ticket includes:

  1. Trade conference programs
  2. Visit the exhibits at the Expo
  3. One formal sit down award luncheon / refreshments
  4. Optional match making appointments with buyers of your choice
  5. All day FREE PARKING at assigned limited number of parking space onlym.
     first come first served.
  6. A registration is a commitment to pay. No shows will receive invoice.

 

10/1/08: AS OF TODAY, OUR FREE PARKING TICKETS ARE ALL SOLD OUT! PARKING IS ONLY $6 FOR THE DAY.

  4. Last priority on receiving two (2) one on one match making appointments with buyers of your choice - 
    pending on buyers appointments availability.
  5. NO FREE PARKING.
  6. NO GARANTEED SEAT - By availability only.

 

 

WE STILL HAVE SOME SEATS AVAILABLE AND WILL ACCEPT WALK-INS. WE WANT TO HELP ALL SMALL BUSINESSES. MATCH MAKING APPOINTMENTS WILL BE MADE AVILABLE TO ALL WALK-INS.

 

Notes: Exhibitors, sponsors, corporations, guests of exhibitors - parking on your own. Parking is for small busiensses who are pre-registrants only.

   
 
Registration and Payment Policy
 
  • A registration is a commitment to attend and pay so please send a replacement in your absence. 
  • A 48 hour cancellation policy applies.
  • Payment by Post Office Mail: Write check to : "Virginia Asian Chamber of Commerce".
  • This is a best metho to reserve your seat(s) and obtain your private (2) match making appointments.
  • "No shows" will receive an invoice.
  • Walk-ins: We will never turn away our last minute guests, but due to show logistics, we suggest that you pre-register.
