Q: When should the exhibitiors arrive?

 

A: At least 8:00 am. Please ensure you or your colleague can stay the entire show as suppliers have paid to meet you. 

Q: Should I bring a colleague?

A. Yes. Bringing a colleague means less pressure for you and your day will be much more pleasant.

 

Q: Should I bring sample products/literature to show the suppliers?
 

A. Yes, it will be very helpful for suppliers to see and understand what they need to produce and deliver according to your specs. Please bring all your wares, lap tops, DVDs, door prizes, give aways, and an extension cord.

Q: How long are the one-to-one meetings?
 

A: 15 minutes with a 5 minute break. SBA and PTAC staff will help manage our matchmaking program.

 

Q: How does the one-to-one meetings program work? 
 

A. This year, an online website will be established so the suppliers can send their request to meet with their desired buyers electronically.
