About ProcureCon



ProcureCon is Virginia's biggest large-scale international business conference in the East Coast. Created in 2005 by the State of Virginia's Asian Chamber of Commerce as a simple table top forum with six exhibitors, ProcureCon today annually attracts more than 50 corporate and public sector buyers.


Annually more than 300 attendees, including high-level executives and senior government officials, small and medium size Virginia companies from all across the Commonwealth, and the statewide Virginia supply chain community actively participate in the premier Pan Asian reverse trade show event.



International Delegates Visiting Virginia


This year there will be an excellent opportunity for Virginia firms meeting with delegates representing diverse industry sectors from the embassies of South Korea, Thailand, Hong Kong, and the Saudi Arabia-US Business Council.

The delegation will participate in the Saudi Health Exhibition, which is the largest networking forum and trade show in Saudi Arabia with a focus on the medical, healthcare, and pharmaceutical industries. Participating companies will be able to engage directly with customers and partners as well as gather information on the rapidly growing Saudi Arabian medical sector. In 2014 an international delegation of embassy officials are invited to come to Richmond to network with Virginia small and large companies in diverse sectors  such as: technology, manufacturing, energy, finances, construction, and medical. They will be at ProcureCon to engage directly with prospective partners as well as offer information on their countries' rapidly growing markets. 



International "Meet The Buyer" Networking Night


On April 30, 2014, Virginia Asian Chamber of Commerce will host an evening Reception for the Asian embassy officials and US-Middle Eastern Business Council members to welcome the executive delegation coming to Richmond from Washington DC and New York on their East Coast business development mission  to be convened at ProcureCon 2014. 


Delegates expect to visit with local and state government agencies, economic development officials, and participate in international business matchmaking activities at the conference.
